This motion controller uses a rack mounted base and meets all the requirements for successful applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, wafers inspection and Flat Panel Display assembly and testing. The SPiiPlus 3U gives you superior smooth motion, is easy to use and program at a high speed without comprising accuracy or high speed.
